Our roll splitters deliver hundreds of pounds of uniform cutting force per inch roll width, slicing through your material in less than one minute. You get clean pre-cut material that prevents surging downstream and speeds the entire process. Since they don't cut through the core, there is no fiber contamination and the core can be reused. Plus, they are versatile, handling either a single roll or any mix of the same or varying diameter butt rolls.

Our standard roll splitter accommodates 30-inch roll diameters. Our Rollmaster splitter accommodates 52-inch rolls, ideal for even the largest extruders.
