Omega Series repelletizers deliver high quality plastic pellets at rates from 220 to more than 1,500 lbs./hr. on compact footprints that fit into nearly any processing line. Their ability to process from multiple infeeds simultaneously combined with their integrated size reduction system make it ideal for reprocessing in-line high speed/high output trim, reelstock, lump, thick, rigid and skeletal waste without requiring upstream size reduction.

Engineered For Efficiency
Omega Series repelletizers feature a self-contained, efficient design. An integral single shaft shredder cuts the scrap material as it enters then a stepped hydraulic feeder maintains a constant feed rate of the cut material into the extruder, which is a dual diameter design engineered to for consistent melt temperature and pellet uniformity while minimizing residence time. This savvy combination ensures effective, efficiency, reliable operation.

Omega Series repelletizers feature Siemens Simatic touch-screen control system as standard for simple, automatic operation by one person with minimal training. One-touch stop, auto shutoff and automatic pellet length control are standard.
