Integra Series repelletizers deliver high quality plastic pellets at rates from 220 to more than 2,000 lbs./hr. on compact footprints that fit into nearly any processing line. Their speed, reliability and energy-efficiency are ideal for reprocessing continuous or cut trim, off-spec film rolls and loose scrap of virtually any type of material. An optional pre-shredder turns bales, large pieces and lump into easy work for the Integra models.

Integra Series repelletizers feature an integral compactor/cutter that densifies the scrap on its way to the extruder screw, which is a dual diameter design engineered to deliver consistent melt temperature and pellet uniformity while minimizing residence time. This savvy combination increases output substantially vs. traditional feed methods. Rely on the Integra Series to keep pace with the latest high speed, twin screw extruders, too.

Integra Series repelletizers feature Siemens Simatic touch-screen control system as standard for simple, automatic operation by one person with minimal training. One-touch stop, auto shutoff and automatic pellet length control are standard.
