PAC dust collectors eliminate OSHA confined space entry concerns by mounting all serviceable components on the outside for safe, easy access. Even filter access is from outside the unit for safe, easy removal and replacement.
Modular PAC dust collectors enable the unit to be enlarged by up to 100% – or reduced – as processing conditions change without requiring the purchase of a new dust collection unit.
A proprietary hopper design with a slide gate valve creates an air-tight seal that allows the drum to be removed and replaced without shutting down the dust collector. For some dust loads that are especially abrasive or fine, PAC offers a rotary airlock to help draw the dust from the hopper without affecting system pressure. A high dust level switch that alerts operators to remove the dust drum and a clean air return sound attenuation device for minimizing the sound of air returning to the environment are also available.
